Dear Homeowners,
As we’re wrapping up our siding project, we would like to make sure all reported issues have been resolved before submitting the final payment to our contractor, Columbus Exteriors.
If you’ve previously reported an issue that hasn’t been resolved, we need to know!
Please email Jesse at [email protected] and include as much information as possible.
Be sure to include:
• A brief description of the issue
• That it has not been resolved
• When you reported the issue
• Who you first reported the issue to
• Pictures (if possible)
• Any additional information
We will be conducting a final walkaround with our contractor on Thursday, January 13th and would like to address your issue on-site with them.
Moving forward, we ask that you refrain from contacting Columbus Exteriors directly and report all issues, questions, comments etc. to Jesse Spitzack at New Concepts.
