Dear Homeowner, This letter serves as an update to you regarding the siding project planned for the Forest Oaks Homeowners Association.  Since the Board received approval by vote of homeowners last August to apply for a loan to cover the project, the Board has completed the application process and was granted a loan for $800,000.00.
